The Spalding County Sheriff's "Shop with Santa" Round Robin (in honor of Jeff Sharrett)
will be held at 10:30 a.m.
on Friday, November 28th, 2025

All money collected during this fundraiser will be donated to the Spalding County Sheriff's Department to provide local underprivileged youth with a shopping spree with Santa and members of the Spalding County Sheriff's Department.

This round robin event was inspired by Jeffrey Sharrett, a retired law enforcement officer and SCPA board member, who tragically passed away 3 years ago.

The SCPA requests a minimum $20.00 donation to play in this round robin.

If you are unable to attend or would like to make an additional contribution, please click here or use the Donate Only button on the SCPA website homepage.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PLAY

TO MAKE A DONATION!

The round robin registration deadline is Friday, November 21st, at midnight.

One of Jeff's last acts before his accident was to make a $20 donation to this worthy cause and to challenge all SCPA members to match or exceed his donation.

The video below shows how much joy this program brings to both the children and the sheriff's deputies!

The Spalding County Sheriff's "Shop with Santa" Round Robin is one of the special events organized by the SCPA. It is a fun and friendly competition where players of all skill levels can participate and donate to the fund at the same time.

You can also donate to the fund with cash or check during the Round Robin, or by writing a check to the SCPA, entering Santa Sheriff on the memo line, and giving it to an SCPA board member by December 1.

Please note:
The donations are for the
"Spalding Sheriff's Shop with Santa"
program only
and does not constitute payment
for SCPA membership.

Participants should arrive at or before 10:00 a.m. Play will begin at 10:30 a.m.

We believe everyone will have a great time playing pickleball and supporting this worthy event. Thank you in advance for your generosity and kindness!

The “round robin” is a structured form of play organized by skill levels. In the time allocated to each round robin session, you will play six games, each with a different partner and against a different pair of opponents. It is designed so that all players are playing against people of roughly equal ability, which makes play the most fun and competitive for most players.

When you arrive you will be assigned a number. Your number remains yours throughout the session and dictates which court you play on, with whom you are playing as a partner, and against which opponents.
